Senior Organisational Development Consultant
For over 25 years, Amanda has worked within the organisational and people development field. She worked earlier in her career as a general counselling and organisational psychologist before working within and consulting to private sector consulting agencies. Amanda has significant experience in providing clinical counselling for adults, children and families and in the provision of individual and manager support through Employee Assistance programs having worked extensively in this area. This has been an ongoing area of interest and involvement utilising a combination of her clinical and organisational skill set. She has also previously managed critical incidents and is experienced in meeting the requirements of EAP service coordination.
Operations Manager
Tracey has over 25 years’ experience in the health care industry. She has completed a MBA (Flinders University) and has a Bachelors in Media & Communication.
Throughout her career she has established a reputation as a capable and collaborative leader who is driven by challenge and solution focussed. At Human Psychology, she will work with the team to improve systems and processes to enable ongoing provision of excellent services to our clients.
Reception Manager / Client Care Manager
Bec has developed her administration and customer care skills over a number of years in various industries. Her willingness to assist internal and external clients, and her empathetic manner, saw her promoted to a People and Culture management position which provided an opportunity to build upon her inter personal and client management skills.
As part of the Front of House team at Human Psychology, Bec is one of our welcoming faces when you enter our offices and friendly voices at the end of the phone. She is assisting with the development of new procedures and efficiencies to continue to provide outstanding service to our valued clients.

Angie joined Human Psychology in 2014 and currently works in our administration team at the Training office. Angie works 3 days a week, Tuesday to Thursday and her vibrant and friendly personality is highly valued at Human Psychology.
Administration Trainee
Te joined Human Psychology as a full time Administration Trainee in 2021. Whilst working with the reception and admin team she is completing a Certificate III in Business.
Reception/Admin Support
Izzy started with Human Psychology in 2021, working casually with our team while she completes a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons) at the University of Adelaide. Given her passion for Psychology, she intends to continue her studies into Masters.
EAP Administrator
Alex is responsible for collating existing data and production for data quarterly EAP reports ready for dissemination by the Managing Director and General Manager. She creates professional marketing collateral as required.
Accounts/Administration Assistant
Kara joined Human Psychology in September 2018 as part of our Administration Team. Kara works 2 days a week, Thursday & Friday, she brings and organised, calm approach to working in administration and is an asset our practice.

Niro recently joined Human Psychology in December 2019 and works at the Training office, she is an upbeat, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills. Niro’s experience includes successfully delivering Professional Development Programs (on and off site), on time and within budget, she attributes this success to her ability to plan, schedule, and handle many different tasks at once. Niro is incredibly passionate about offering exceptional professional service to clients and is an asset to the practice.
