For over 25 years, Amanda has worked within the organisational and people development field. She worked earlier in her career as a general counselling and organisational psychologist before working within and consulting to private sector consulting agencies. Amanda has significant experience in providing clinical counselling for adults, children and families and in the provision of individual and manager support through Employee Assistance programs having worked extensively in this area. This has been an ongoing area of interest and involvement utilising a combination of her clinical and organisational skill set. She has also previously managed critical incidents and is experienced in meeting the requirements of EAP service coordination.
Business Development Manager
Bianca Fecycz is an experienced clinician with a background in social work, psychology, mediation, conciliation, and training. She has worked in a range of state government clinical and high-level operational and strategically orientated senior managerial roles. She has also spent many years in statutory-based public sector roles with a focus on complex clinical practice, supervision support, conciliation, complaint management and training delivery.
Bianca has had her own independent mediation and training consultancy for many years. In this capacity she has specialised in general business mediation, training in anti-discrimination law and bullying, change management, conflict resolution and effective complaint management. In addition to this, as State Customer and Delivery Manager for a national employee assistance provider, she provided South Australian businesses with advice regarding solutions to build workplace culture, increase complaint management technique and practice, increase staff wellbeing and general business performance and efficiency. Most recently, Bianca successfully led the complaints and feedback management structure and system for a leading aged care provider during the global pandemic.
