  • Would you like to feel more eloquent and energised public speaking?

  • From sweaty palms to cracking voices or losing your train of thought, public speaking can be terrifying, yet it is a crucial skill to have in the business world.

Core presenting skills are then covered, including non-verbal body language tips, the “power start”, use of story-telling / humour / silence techniques, preparation and practice and how to “on board” an audience. After lunch, 5 minute presentations by each participant will be videoed and feedback discussed from the group. The full day session will wrap-up with review and goal setting to practice skills and identification of individual authentic strengths and assets. Optional 1:1 tailored coaching feedback following the workshop is available. Numbers are strictly capped at 12 per workshop to maximise interaction and feedback.
