- Would you like to feel more eloquent and energised public speaking?
- From sweaty palms to cracking voices or losing your train of thought, public speaking can be terrifying, yet it is a crucial skill to have in the business world.
- The biggest barrier to confident public speaking is mindset.
Workshop Overview
This workshop addresses the key barriers and fears people commonly have about public speaking. It breaks down and reframes these fears to increase self-confidence, polish and persuasion skills. Core presenting skills are then covered, including non-verbal body language tips, the “power start”, use of story-telling / humour / silence techniques, preparation and practice and how to “on board” an audience. After lunch, 5 minute presentations by each participant will be videoed and feedback discussed from the group. The full day session will wrap-up with review and goal setting to practice skills and identification of individual authentic strengths and assets. Optional 1:1 tailored coaching feedback following the workshop is available. Numbers are strictly capped at 12 per workshop to maximise interaction and feedback.

Samantha has a special interest in executive coaching and training for women.
