Description
Radical Resilience - 'From Surviving to Thriving in 2018!'
Radically turbulent times demand professional and personal responses that transcend our regular work and life patterns. Disruption is the new normal for organisations and workers. Change is exponential and happening at an unprecedented pace. Agility is the ability to adapt and to learn in the face of change and disruption. Organisations of any type that cannot respond with agility, innovation, ethical conduct and tolerance for uncertainty will not survive.
Radical Resilience involves the courage to challenge, commit, and contribute in ways that positively impact both today and tomorrow. We can’t just afford to “bounce back” from challenge anymore. We need to grow through change as a real opportunity, not go back to how things were. What will it take to get there?

The exponential change that is happening at an unprecedented pace has seen this workshop become one of the most requested workshops delivered by Human Psychology. This year alone Human Psychology have delivered this session to City of Adelaide, Uniting Communities, Flinders Private, Behind Closed Doors, Flinders University, SuperSA, Office for the Public Sector and many many others.

The Human Psychology Radical Resilience workshop has been one of our most popular and well-received leadership training concepts in 2018 and we are running it once only to the public this year and spaces are limited. Our fabulous psychologist Rachel Armstrong will be facilitating this workshop.
